This management programme is run over 5 X 2 hour sessions with some work to be completed during the week. Starting on Friday February 26th and then on the following 4 Fridays.
It will cover:
the role of the manager
leadership and management styles
managing and leading a team
managing performance problems
The course will be limited to 12 participants and will be delivered in a experiential style over Zoom.
It is intended that the course will develop a supportive group of managers who will share ideas and practice with each other during the course and afterwards too.
