A team building exercise to illustrate / practise Action Centred Leadership, Team, Task and Individual.
The exercise give participants the opportunity to lead a team in a time limited activity.

background information on Action Centred Leadership. 

NB To run the exercise you require 2 jigsaws  e.g. both of flowers /dogs / cats, but different flowers, dogs /cats, (50 piece ones work best) that are similar but not the same. These are not supplied with the exercise.
